Just a quick note to say thank you. KNOW worked just as you described - most importantly, in triggering some honest dialogue. Though introduction of the test came wrapped in love and caring, it came with an additional message that Ronald Reagan would have appreciated - Trust, but verify.
Quite honestly, the box by itself was likely sufficient.
