If You Get A Positive Result, Here Are Some Suggestions:
1) Talk with your child. Ask them who, what, where, when and how. Make sure that they you are there to HELP! The more information that you can gather, the easier it will be to make the changes you and your teen need.
2) Consult your family doctor or pediatrician to indentify counselors or other medical professionals who will help.
3) Contact a Helpline. Find one that makes you and your teen comfortable.
Instructions For Sending Your Specimen to Our Lab - (Optional Step You May Take)
1) Be sure the urine is filled to colored dot. Take drug test panel out of specimen container. Do not mail drug test panel. Put cap on specimen container. Our lab will NOT accept the specimen container unless it is filled to the dot.
2) Get out white label marked KNOW with bar code and 10 digit number. Check appropriate line for the drug(s) you want confirmed (those that tested positive).
3) Attach label to side of specimen container. Detach and keep the large 10 digit number from the label for later identification.
4) Put container in clear plastic specimen bag, then SEAL the bag. Put sealed bag into white mailing box and close lid on box.
5) If box has address already printed on it - attach appropriate postage and put into the mail. Call KNOW, Inc. in 5 business days for confirmed results. Have your 10 digit number ready when you call.
6) If box does not have address marked - please call us at 1-813-949-9936 for the mailing address, then attach appropriate postage and put into the mail. Call KNOW Inc. 5 business days after mailing for confirmed results. Have your 10 digit number ready when you call.
Return Policy
If any of our products arrive damaged, you may return them for an exchange. Opened products may not be submitted for exchange. Simply mail the product to be returned to us at the following address: Know, Inc., 218 East Bearss Avenue, Suite 337, Tampa, FL, 33613. Affix appropriate postage, and for your protection, insure the product for its full value. C.O.D.s will not be accepted. If we made a mistake on your order, please e-mail us or call us at 1-813-949-9936 and we will address the issue as soon as possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges from the date you return the product to us and we receive it.
